There were two girls from Belgium who were surprised by the verdict but kept quiet as the couple from Texas sitting next to them celebrated. I decided to make a shot in honor of sweet Amanda. It’s called the Knox Guilty (AKA The White Witch): •3/4 oz. Tuaca Italian liqueur •3/4 oz. Irish cream •Shake and strain and pour into a shot glass •1/4 oz. grenadine (the illusion of blood/ touch of DNA)
