in my experience there’s people who like incense and then there’s people who don’t.
I’m definitely in the pro-incense camp; as in it’s rarely not burning when we’re at home. and I’m constantly on the hunt for the next best incense. you know the kind that hits you that same way it did when you first stepped foot in a head shop back in junior high? kind of sweet, kind of spicy, kind of… magical? anyway, when we were in portland last month I picked up a cheap pack I had never seen before from the whole foods next door to our hotel and surprise surprise, it’s become my new favorite. though they don’t leave that much smoke, they’re incredibly fragrant and fill our apartment with the coziest, yummiest, woodsy scent. as we’re nearing the end of the pack, I just did a quick google search and discovered that it looks like I can order myself a big ol’ box full of the stuff (from a number of websites) for around $25 plus shipping. so I’m passing on the tip to my fellow incense fans, herb & earth’s patchouli sticks are what’s up!
